The "Eco Life Board" is a building material used primarily for constructing walls in RC (reinforced concrete) houses and apartments, combining 50mm thick bead method polystyrene foam (EPS) insulation and studs (vertical frames). The lightweight EPS insulation also serves as formwork, allowing for the completion of insulation work (RC internal insulation) simply by removing the shoring after concrete placement. Additionally, the studs adhered to the insulation serve as the base for interior finishes, enabling direct attachment of gypsum boards, and allowing electrical wiring to be done along the studs protruding from the panel surface with F cables, eliminating the need for embedded piping in indoor electrical work.
